MeetMigo for Zoom

MeetMigo sends Migo, an AI meeting assistant, into your Zoom calls. Migo joins as a visible participant, records with an announcement in the chat, and gives you a transcript, summary, action items and a follow-up draft afterwards.

Adding the app

  1. Sign in at meetmigo.app (or create an account).
  2. Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Zoom.
  3. Zoom asks you to allow MeetMigo to view your basic profile and request a meeting join token. Click Allow.
  4. You return to MeetMigo, and Settings shows Connected as your Zoom email.

Using the app

  1. Start or join a Zoom meeting.
  2. In MeetMigo, click Join a meeting and paste the Zoom link, or connect your calendar so Migo joins scheduled meetings by itself.
  3. Migo joins as a participant named Migo · AI Assistant and posts a recording notice in the chat. Admit Migo if your meeting uses a waiting room.
  4. During the call, type @migo followed by a question in the chat to get an answer. Type leave to make Migo leave.
  5. After the call, open the meeting in MeetMigo to see the transcript, summary, action items and follow-up.

What MeetMigo accesses

  • user:read:user — your Zoom name and email, to show which account is connected.
  • user:read:token — a short-lived token that lets Migo join meetings on your behalf.

MeetMigo does not read your Zoom meetings list, contacts, chats or cloud recordings. Zoom access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).

Removing the app

  1. In MeetMigo, open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Zoom. This deletes your stored Zoom tokens.
  2. You can also remove it from Zoom: sign in at marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Added Apps, find MeetMigo and click Remove.
  3. Removing the app stops Migo joining your Zoom calls. Meetings already recorded stay in your MeetMigo account until you delete them. To delete everything, use Settings → Your data → Delete.

Recording consent

Migo is always visible in the participant list and announces recording in the chat. You are responsible for having the right to record each meeting where you live. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
