Terms of Service
These terms are maintained by the MeetMigo team and govern use of the MeetMigo notetaker.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use MeetMigo to record meetings you have no right to record, to harass or surveil people, or to break any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Recording responsibility
You decide which meetings the notetaker joins. Obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction is your responsibility, not ours.
Service availability
MeetMigo depends on third-party meeting, calendar and AI providers. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every meeting will be captured.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; past charges are not prorated unless required by law.
Termination and liability
Either side may end the agreement at any time. To the maximum extent the law allows, MeetMigo is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
